Why should I buy refurbished from Markot?

But why choose refurbished over buying new? For starters, it’s much cheaper, making it great for those on a budget. Additionally, by choosing refurbished, you’re opting for an eco-friendly option and becoming part of the circular economy. By giving these products a second life, you’re helping to reduce waste and support sustainability.

Will my refurbished items arrive?

We send all refurbished items from our HQ Monday through Friday so expect same day dispatch on these days.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number directly from Markot so you can safely track the arrival of your order.

My order hasn’t arrived… What’s going on?

Do not worry! We can easily track your order, please reach out to us at support@markot.com and we can follow up with our courier service.

I need to return an item. Is there a time limit?

After receiving your item you will have 14 days to return an item if it is faulty. No returns for refurbished items.

Is return postage covered?

If the item you wish to return is damaged or faulty, then postage will be covered by us. However, if it’s a change of mind return, postage will be a flat rate of $14.95.

My item is damaged/faulty. Who can I talk to?

If you have received a faulty item from us, please contact us via support@markot.com . We’ll talk you through the process.

Can I return a bulky item?

Please refer to our Returns Policy to check exclusions & exceptions for a return.

I received the wrong item. What do I do now?

If your purchase does not match what you ordered from our store, please contact us via support@markot.com . We’re here to make things right.

Can I get a refund if I use Afterpay, Klarna, or Zippay?

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a refund with Buy now – Pay Later payments. You are only eligible for exchange or store credit (this is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website). The good news is that you get 110% Store Credit.

How do Paypal refunds work?

Simple. Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

How long will it take to get my refund?

How long your refund takes and how it is processed depends on the payment method you used when you placed your order. To find out more, we recommend checking in with your payment provider on their current processing times.
